RETURNS GUIDELINES

Please note, that the following items are excluded from the return process (such as; opened makeup, pierced earrings, underwear shapewear and bodysuits, lingerie, hosiery, swimwear, ceramics) due to health or hygiene reasons.

Lucky Dip* items purchased are non refundable and non exchangeable in accordance with our company returns and refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our return policy is always attached with your invoice. Please make sure that you highlight the item(s) for a refund by filling the Reason Code column and filling it with the appropriate number or numbers if more than one applies. Always make sure to include the invoice with the parcel you are sending back to us. Returns must be in a satisfactory return manner upon our discretion. If our Royal Mail returns service is used, a £3.50 adjustment fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return. If you wish to send the return back using your own method, please ensure this is sent on a tracked service in case any issues or delays occur. Any returns sent on a non-tracked service that get lost in transit will not be covered and will not be able to be refunded.

Returns can take up to 14 working days to be delivered back to us and for your refund to appear in your bank account. Please note that all shapewear, bodysuits, bikinis, opened make-up, earrings. lingerie cannot be refunded.
