Returns at LASULA are simple! We have teamed up with Royal Mail and ASDA To you return services to make it easier for our customers. Click on the link below to access our Returns Centre to begin.

Returns Centre

After you have created your return, you will immediately receive an email with instructions on how to access either the Royal Mail and Asda Toyou returns portal.
For reference here's a low down.

Royal Mail Returns Asda Toyou Returns
  1. Create your returns request using the Returns Centre
  2. Access the Royal Mail portal to print your label or book a collection
  3. Either drop off your parcel at the post office or wait for it to be picked up
  4. Keep your receipt in any case

  3. Take the parcel to your chosen Asda store
  4. Keep your receipt in any case

If you decide to book a collection to have your return picked up, the driver will bring the label with them.

Depending on your chosen Asda store, you can go to the Parcel Point or ask an Asda colleague.

If you wish to send the return back using your own method, please ensure this is sent on a tracked service in case any issues or delays occur. Any returns sent on a non-tracked service that get lost in transit will not be covered and will not be able to be refunded.

Make sure you insert your invoice in the return parcel so our team can sort it quickly.

Please note a £3.50 adjustment fee will be deducted from your overall refund to cover the cost of the return if our Royal Mail or Asda Toyou return service is used.

Returns Policy

If you have made the decision about returning any items, you can send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of your order being delivered to you.

Your refund will be successfully processed, provided:

  • the items are not excluded (opened makeup, earrings, lingerie, bodysuits, hosiery, shapewear & bikinis) due to health or hygiene reasons;
  • the items are unworn and unwashed (no signs of transfer of any make-up or other stains);
  • if shoes, the items are unworn and show no signs of wear;
  • the items have all tags attached and are returned with correct order details/note.
  • Lucky Dip items purchased are non refundable and non exchangeable in accordance with our company returns and refund policy. 

Please allow up to 16 working days of your parcel being delivered back to us for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be made into the same payment method used at the checkout to purchase the items.

International Returns (Non UK)

You can return your parcel using any postal service in your local area, the postage costs must be covered yourself we advise choosing the cheapest tracked service. Please write our address down and tape to your parcel making sure your delivery address is covered if you're using the original packaging.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, we don't hold responsibility for missing returned parcels so make sure you obtain a receipt in case anything goes wrong.
