So you wanna return?

Returns at LASULA are simple! We have teamed up with ASDA and InPost Lockers to make it easier for our customers. Click on the link below to access our Returns Centre to begin.

Asda Toyou Returns
InPost Returns

Using Asda Toyou Returns you can return your parcel at over 600 Asda stores.

No printing required at home or when you drop off your return. Just scan. Drop. Done.

You don't even need a label!**

  1. Create your returns request using the Returns Centre
  2. Access the Asda portal to create your label or get a QR code to print in store
  3. Take the parcel to your chosen Asda store - either look for the parcel point or ask an Asda colleague
  4. Keep your receipt in any case

  3. Scan the code on your phone at your local locker
  4. Put your parcel inside and shut the door

**When your return is collected from the locker, a label will be applied for you by the courier.

PLEASE NOTE: all items from the same order should be returned in one parcel.

Maximum parcel size: 41cm x 38cm x 64cm.

International Returns (Non UK)

You can return your parcel using any postal service in your local area, the postage costs must be covered yourself we advise choosing the cheapest tracked service. Please write our address down and tape to your parcel making sure your delivery address is covered if you're using the original packaging.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, we don't hold responsibility for missing returned parcels so make sure you obtain a receipt from the post office in case anything goes wrong.

 

Charges

Please note a £3.50 adjustment fee will be deducted from your overall refund to cover the cost of the return if our Asda To You or InPost return service is used.

 

Returns Policy

If you have made the decision about returning any items (except opened makeup, earrings, lingerie, bodysuits, shapewear & bikinis), you can send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of your order being delivered to you.

Your refund will be successfully processed, provided:

  • the items are not excluded (opened makeup, earrings, lingerie, bodysuits, hosiery, shapewear & bikinis) due to health or hygiene reasons;
  • the items are unworn and unwashed (no signs of transfer of any make-up or other stains);
  • if shoes, the items are unworn and show no signs of wear;
  • the items have all tags attached and are returned with correct order details/note.

Please allow up to 16 days of your parcel being delivered back to us for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be made into the same payment method used at the checkout to purchase the items.
